Here you have the list of basic requirements for shipping a vehicle from Hawaii to Mainland:

​

• A Copy of the title or Ownership Document of the vehicle. If the owner is not the person dropping off the vehicle, an absentee letter is required.

• You need a Lien Holder´s Authorization form if your vehicle is under a lien. You can get it from your bank, dealership, or the title holder.

• We need a Proof of Valid Registration and Insurance. Your local DMV can provide you with one in case you don´t have it.

• A photo ID.

• We will issue a booking reservation number.

You also need to prepare your vehicle for shipping. The following requirements were established in order to protect your car, the ship and its crew, and our haulers:

• Your car must be thoroughly cleaned. Inside and out.

• The only items allowed on board are documents kept in the glove box, and one baby seat.

• We can only transport cars with ¼ tank of gas or less.

• If your windshield has any chips or cracks, they must be repaired before shipping.

• Check your emergency brake is in proper working condition.
